The self-service preliminary screening registration system is carried on the surface of the outer wall of the left side of the sampling kiosk body and is composed of an identity card reader, a face recognition and temperature measurement device, a label printer, an outer display screen, a voice prompt system, an internal tablet computer, a self-service sampling bag taking device and an induction type disinfection spray. The sampling pipe transportation robot is composed of a sampling pipe counting system and an automatic cruise system. Effective isolation protection is formed for sampling personnel, meanwhile, a comfortable sampling working environment is provided, the working time is prolonged, the working load is reduced, the nucleic acid sampling efficiency of people is improved, no contact with the sampled personnel is kept, and cross infection is avoided.
