The flat plate type vehicle moving robot comprises a vehicle frame, a vehicle carrying plate used for carrying a vehicle, a Mecanum wheel assembly used for driving the vehicle frame to move and a lifting assembly used for driving the vehicle carrying plate to ascend and descend; a power source used for supplying power is arranged in the vehicle frame. The vehicle carrying plate is located above the vehicle frame; the Mecanum wheel assembly is located on the peripheral side of the lower portion of the vehicle frame; the lifting assembly is located on the inner side of the vehicle frame and located at the bottom end of the vehicle carrying plate; and the vehicle carrying plate is arranged above the vehicle frame through the lifting assembly.
