The invention provides an intelligent window control system. The intelligent window control system comprises a single chip microcomputer and an executing mechanism, wherein the executing mechanism is mounted on a window and is used for driving the window to be opened and closed; the single chip microcomputer is used for sending out a command to control the executing mechanism to move; the intelligent window control system further comprises a wind speed sensor; the wind speed sensor is arranged outdoors; the wind speed sensor is connected with the single chip microcomputer; the wind speed sensor is used for detecting an outdoor wind speed and transmitting a detected outdoor wind speed value to the single chip microcomputer; a wind speed pre-set value is stored in the single chip microcomputer; when the outdoor wind speed value is greater than the wind speed pre-set value, the single chip microcomputer sends out the command to control the executing mechanism to close the window; and when the outdoor wind speed value is smaller than the wind speed pre-set value, the single chip microcomputer sends out the command to control the executing mechanism to open the window.
