The invention discloses a preparation method of a digital ink-jet 3D printing ceramic-tile-like wooden floor, which comprises the following steps: sequentially forming a hole filling layer, a hydrophobic coating, a decorative pattern and a wear-resistant coating on a wooden base material to obtain a finished product of the ceramic-tile-like wooden floor, wherein the hydrophobic coating is mainly prepared from a modified polyurethane acrylate dispersion, graphene oxide, azobenzene and polytetrafluoroethylene, and the modified polyurethane acrylate dispersoid is mainly formed by mixing a polyurethane acrylate dispersoid, a silane coupling agent and an inorganic nano-powder dispersion liquid. The inorganic nano powder is selected from one or more of nano cerium oxide powder, nano titanium oxide powder and nano silicon oxide powder. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses the wooden floor. According to the wood floor prepared through the method, the surface pattern is attractive and real, the resolution ratio can reach 9600 dpi or above, and the wood floor is waterproof, dampproof, wear-resistant, anti-static and more durable.
