Method for repairing damaged steel rail
The invention relates to a method for repairing a damaged steel rail; the method comprises the following steps that: S1, flaw detection is carried out to find a damaged part of a steel rail or a welded joint; S2, holes are drilled in rail waists; S3, weld joints are polished and trimmed, and the inner surfaces of the to-be-bonded grooves of the steel rails and the gluing surfaces of the clamping plates are cleaned; S4, glue is applied; S5, gluing clamping plates are installed; S6, bolts sleeved with insulation sleeves are installed; S7, the bolts are tightened in sequence through a torque wrench; S8, the lower edges of the bolts are knocked, the bolts are tightened again through the torque wrench, and the step is repeated multiple times till the torsional moment of each bolt meets the requirement; and S9, the insulation resistance value between the steel rail and the clamping plate are detected to meet the requirement. The method has the following beneficial effects that when the bolts are installed, the bolts are sleeved with the insulation sleeves, so that the steel rails cannot be conducted with the clamping plates through the bolts; when the damaged part is fractured again, huge resistance can be generated between the two sides of the fractured part and detected by an existing detection means, so that workers can find the problem in time, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
