The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge structures, and particularly relates to a prefabricated assembly type guardrail bridge deck slab structure which comprises a pier, a shell is fixedly mounted at the top of the pier, two trapezoidal blocks which are symmetrically arranged are slidably connected to the inner wall of the shell, and push rods are fixedly mounted on the sides, close to each other, of the two trapezoidal blocks. The top ends of the two push rods are fixedly provided with a same fixing rod, the fixing rod is of a hollow structure, the fixing rod is slidably connected to the inner wall of the shell, the two trapezoidal blocks and the push rods all extend out of the shell, and the inner wall of the fixing rod is slidably connected with two symmetrically-arranged expansion blocks. One sides of the tops of the two expansion blocks are slidably connected with a same conical block. The slab structure is simple in structure, two panels can be fixed through butt joint between a panel A and a panel B, then the two fixed panels are aligned to the bridge pier and placed on the bridge pier, the bridge pier can also be automatically fixed, operation is easy, and use is convenient.
