The invention discloses a pre-pressing device for overpass bridge hanging basket construction and a pre-pressing loading method of the pre-pressing device. The pre-pressing device comprises a supporting structure, a suspension structure and a bag bottom protection structure. The supporting structure comprises a supporting cross beam and a supporting longitudinal beam which are vertically distributed, and the supporting cross beam is connected with the supporting longitudinal beam into a whole through a support arranged on the supporting longitudinal beam. One end of the supporting longitudinal beam is connected with an upper hanging basket structure through a suspension structure, and the other end of the supporting longitudinal beam is connected with a poured concrete block through a suspension structure. The bag bottom protection structure is arranged around the upper part of the supporting structure. The device is simple in structure, convenient to construct, uniform and definite in stress, remarkable in simulation effect, high in prefabrication degree, short in construction period and high in practicability; and the problems that in the prior art, a construction method is complex and prone to being influenced by weather, and stress simulation is not accurate enough can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种用于跨线桥梁挂篮施工的预压装置及其预压加载方法,包括支撑结构、悬吊结构和兜底防护结构;支撑结构包括方向垂直分布的支撑横梁和支撑纵梁,支撑横梁通过设置在支撑纵梁上的支座与支撑纵梁连为一体;支撑纵梁一端通过悬吊结构与上部挂篮结构连接,其另一端通过悬吊结构与浇筑的混凝土块连接;兜底防护结构设置于支撑结构上部四周。本发明结构简单,施工方便,受力均匀明确,模拟效果显著,可预制程度高,施工工期短,实用性强;可有效解决现有技术施工方法复杂,易受天气影响,模拟受力不够精确等问题。
