The sanitation vehicle is provided with the side hanging type leaf collecting device and the multi-layer filtering and dust removing device, various leaves can be effectively collected, raised dust in the collecting process is reduced, the operation efficiency is obviously improved, a pipe rolling device and a high-pressure water pump are additionally arranged, and the washing of places needing to be cleaned such as a road surface is completed.
