The invention discloses a pre-embedded plate flatness adjusting device and an adjusting method. The pre-embedded plate flatness adjusting device comprises a bottom plate, two vertical plates, a cross plate, two supporting plates and a jack, wherein the two vertical plates are oppositely fixed on the bottom plate; the transverse plate is fixed between the two vertical plates, and a mounting mechanism is fixed at the bottom of the transverse plate; the two supporting plates are used for erecting a pre-embedded plate, are respectively fixed on the opposite inner sides of the two vertical plates and are positioned below the transverse plate; and the jack is detachably arranged on the mounting mechanism and points to the to-be-leveled position of the pre-embedded plate when the pre-embedded plate is erected on the two supporting plates. The technical problem that in the prior art, the flatness of a bent pre-embedded steel plate cannot be adjusted on a construction site is solved by rotating the pre-embedded plate through the supporting plates fixed to the vertical plates and the jack applying force to the pre-embedded plate; and the defects in the prior art are overcome, the machining quality of the on-site pre-embedded steel plate semi-finished product is improved, the principle is simple, operation is convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明的预埋板平整度调整装置及调整方法,该调整装置包括:底板;两块竖板,相对固定于该底板上;横板,固定于两块该竖板之间,该横板的底部固定有安装机构;供预埋板搭设的两块托板,两块该托板分别固定于两块该竖板相对内侧并位于该横板的下方;千斤顶,可拆卸地装设于该安装机构上、并在该预埋板搭设于两块该托板上时指向该预埋板的待平整位置。本发明通过固定于竖板上的托板旋转预埋板与朝预埋施力的千斤顶,解决了现有技术中施工现场不能调整弯曲的预埋钢板平整度的技术问题。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提高现场预埋钢板半成品加工质量,本发明原理简单,操作方便,提高了施工效率。
