Automatic control system and method for underwater posture adjustment of immersed tube
The invention discloses an automatic control system and method for underwater posture adjustment of an immersed tube. The system comprises an immersed tube posture acquisition module, an immersed tube remote control module and an immersed tube posture adjustment module; the immersed tube posture acquisition module and the immersed tube posture adjustment module are in communication connection with the immersed tube remote control module; the immersed tube posture acquisition module acquires posture information of the immersed tube; the immersed tube posture adjustment module comprises a ballast water tank unit and a variable frequency winch unit; the immersed tube remote control module receives the posture information of the immersed tube and controls a ballast water pump, an electromagnetic valve and at least one water valve in the ballast water tank unit to be opened according to the posture information of the immersed tube so as to adjust the ballast gravity of the immersed tube; and meanwhile, a variable frequency winch is controlled to work so that the immersed tube can be immersed at a constant speed, in the abovementioned way, the self weight of the immersed tube is controlled by adjusting the water injection amount and the water discharge amount in a water tank, and constant-speed sinking of the immersed tube is controlled in an auxiliary mode through cooperation of the variable frequency winch unit. The immersed tube sinking and floating postures are accurately controlled, and the immersed tube sinking and floating posture adjustment efficiency is improved.
