The invention discloses a sewage clearing device for water conservancy and hydropower. The sewage clearing device comprises a shell, wherein bases are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the lower end of the shell, and anti-skid lines are arranged at the lower ends of the two bases; a through hole is formed in the lower side of the left end of the shell, and a sliding groove corresponding to the through hole is formed in the inner side of the right end of the shell; a sludge suction pump is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the shell, first connecting pipes are connected to the left end and the right end of the sludge suction pump, and rectangular filter cylinders are connected to the lower ends of the two first connecting pipes and comprise filter sleeves; and through grooves are formed in the outer sides of the filter sleeves at equal intervals, steel wire meshes are connected to inner cavities of the through grooves, conical blocks are connected to the outer sides of the filter sleeves at equal intervals, and the outer side of each conical block is connected with conical teeth. According to the sewage clearing device for water conservancy and hydropower, by arranging the sludge suction pump and the rectangular filter cylinders, sludge in water can be conveniently cleared, so that the situation that the flow of a flow channel is reduced due to excessive sludge accumulation is avoided.
