The invention discloses a multifunctional engineering vehicle compatible with an engineering machinery accessory and an agricultural machinery accessory. The multifunctional engineering vehicle comprises a vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body is provided with a front working arm, a control system, a cab, a rear working arm, a power system, a chassis walking system and a hydraulic system; the front working arm is installed on the front portion of the chassis walking system; a quick change device is installed on the front working arm; a three point linkage is arranged on the rear portion of the chassis walking system; and the rear working arm is connected with the three point linkage in an inserted mode through a bolt. By the adoption of the engineering vehicle, different operation accessories such as engineering machinery accessories and agricultural machinery accessories can be carried according to needs, and operation such as mowing, pesticide spraying, sowing, plowing, digging, grabbing, crushing and cutting can be achieved; and the engineering vehicle has a wider application range.
