The invention relates to a rainwater collecting device for water conservancy. The technical problems are solved that mountain floods, mountain landslides, debris flows and river floods in a rainwater collecting mountainous area are effectively restrained or reduced; flood and drought disasters of plain cultivated land along the river are eliminated; the green ecological environment of desert gobi is restored, the green ecological environment of a drought prairie is improved, and needed rainwater resources are directly stored for the area. According to the measures, corresponding rainwater collecting devices are arranged in the area, and an automatic irrigation and water-saving suction irrigation device and a reservoir for storing water resources without deterioration are adopted. The rainwater collecting device has the advantages that the technical problems are solved; for local forest fire extinguishing, mountainous land, dry land, plain cultivated land, desert gobi and drought prairie, hundreds of billions of cubic meters of needed rainwater resources are collected and stored every year; the dry land with the newly-added self-prepared rainwater resources is 1.1 billion mu, high-quality economic forest land is about 1.87 billion mu, greenhouse planting of desert gobi and drought prairie is about 20.6 mu, photovoltaic power generation amount is about 16 trillion kilowatt hours or above, and the flower industry and employment of hundreds of millions of people are achieved.
本发明涉及一种用于水利的雨水收集装置。要解决技术问题:有效抑制或消减集雨山区的山洪、山体滑坡、泥石流及河流洪水;消除沿江平原耕地的水旱灾害;恢复大漠戈壁和改善干旱大草原的绿色生态环境,为上述地区直接储存所需雨水资源。措施:分别在上述地区设置相应雨水收集装置,还采用本发明的自动灌溉和节水的吸灌装置和储存水资源不变质的水库。效果:解决了上述技术问题;为当地森林灭火,山地、旱地和平原耕地、大漠戈壁和干旱大草原,每年收集储存所需雨水资源几千亿立方米;新增自备雨水资源的旱地11亿亩、优质经济林地约18.7亿亩、大漠戈壁和干旱大草原的大棚种植约20.6亩、约16万亿千瓦时以上光伏发电量、花卉产业和上亿人就业。
