The invention belongs to the technical field of urinals, and relates to a sanitary squatting pan. The sanitary squatting pan comprises a pan body, a swing plate and an adjusting device. During defecation, excrement falls on the swing plate, and due to the fact that water on the upper side of the swing plate is shallower than water at a defecation opening, namely a flow channel inlet, of a traditional squatting pan, the excrement cannot splash too large water when falling into the water, and therefore the water in the pan body is more sanitary, namely, the influence on a user or the pollution to the sanitation of the squatting pan is reduced to a certain extent. A gap is reserved between the swing plate and the inlet of a pan flow channel, the gap can ensure that water on the lower side of the swing plate smoothly flows upwards to the upper side of the swing plate; and after the swing plate is horizontally flatted, the upper surface of the swing plate is lower than the highest position in the flow channel, namely the lowest point of the corner point at the outlet of the flow channel, so that the upper side of the swing plate at the inlet of the flow channel is always provided with water; excrement can fall into water, so that the function of deodorizing after being flooded is realized.
