The invention discloses a multifunctional connecting piece. The multifunctional connecting piece comprises a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate, a plurality of pull rods and fasteners; the two ends of each pull rod penetrate the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate correspondingly; the two ends of each pull rod are fixed to the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate through the corresponding fasteners; the pull rods are screws, and the fasteners are nuts; or the pull rods are prestressed tendons, and the fasteners are anchor heads; a connecting joint of components comprises the first component, the second component and the multifunctional connecting piece; the first component is a steel component, and the second component is a prefabricated concrete component; the end face, connected with the first component, of the second component is a connecting end face; an operation hole is formed in the second component; a through hole communicating with the connecting end face and the operation hole is further formed in the second component; the first fixing plate is arranged on the surface, connected with the second component, of the first component; the second fixing plate is arranged in the operation hole; the pull rods penetrate the through hole; and the two ends of each pull rod are fixed to the first component and the second fixing plate through the corresponding fasteners.
