The invention discloses a heat-preservation and sound-insulation floor slab. A concrete slab comprises a bottom formwork placed on a supporting frame, lower-layer load-bearing steel bars are bound on the bottom formwork, floor embedded pipelines are assembled on the lower-layer load-bearing steel bars, and upper-layer load-bearing steel bars are bound on the floor embedded pipelines; concrete is poured into a space formed by the bottom formwork and the upper-layer load-bearing steel bars to form structural layer concrete; heat-preservation and sound-insulation blocks are pasted on structural layer concrete, cushion block control split heads are inserted into gaps between the heat-preservation and sound-insulation blocks, and the adjacent cushion block control split heads are fixedly connected with one another; anti-crack steel wire mesh sheets cover the heat-preservation and sound-insulation blocks and are fixedly connected with the cushion block control split heads; and concrete is poured into gaps among the heat-preservation and sound-insulation blocks to form a surface layer. The heat-preservation layer and the structural layer are connected through multiple procedures, the stable heat-preservation and sound-insulation slab is finally formed, the method is subjected to engineering practice, and the heat-preservation and sound-insulation performance and the anti-cracking effect are good.
