The invention provides a blocking and guiding type surface energy waterproof structure which comprises one or more waterproof units independent of one another; each waterproof unit is provided with a water outlet; each water outlet guides leakage water flow to a drainage system; each waterproof unit is provided with a drainage type surface energy waterproof interface; the drainage type surface energy waterproof interface comprises two non-infiltrating surfaces which are tightly attached together and a hydrophilic drainage part arranged between the two non-infiltrating surfaces; the hydrophilic drainage part is communicated with the drainage system, so that the water flow infiltrating into a opening can be drained to the water outlets and then drained into the drainage system; and the hydrophilic drainage part can also be provided with non-infiltrating belts side by side at intervals. The blocking and guiding type surface energy waterproof structure is simple in system structure, easy to install and good in waterproof and drainage effect.
