The mortar spraying repair construction method comprises the steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted, specifically, a sprayed object is internally provided with a water curtain, and a soil body is reinforced; S2, water plugging, water guiding and water draining are conducted in the sprayed object; S3, defects in the sprayed object are pretreated; S4, a spraying base in the sprayed object is kept in the state that the spraying base absorbs water to be saturated and the surface of the spraying base is moist but free water does not exist; S5, mortar spraying is conducted through a machine, specifically, spraying equipment is fixed to a rack, the rack is placed on the part needing to be repaired, the height of the spraying equipment is adjusted, the rotating speed of the spraying equipment is adjusted, and the spraying equipment moves at a constant speed; S6, after spraying is completed, the spraying surface is trowelled manually or mechanically; and S7, a spraying repair project is checked and accepted, water supply is restored after the spraying repair project is checked and accepted to be qualified, and the step S5 is returned to when the spraying repair project is checked and accepted to be unqualified. According to the mortar spraying repair construction method, the spraying working steps are omitted, thus the mortar spraying thickness is uniform, later adjustment is not needed, and the spraying working efficiency is greatly improved.
