The invention discloses a multifunctional fabricated building. The multifunctional fabricated building comprises a first box room, a second box room, a telescopic shed, an upper cross beam, a lower cross beam, a steam bath system and a physiotherapy system; the two ends of the upper cross beam and the two ends of the lower cross beam are connected with the tops and the bottoms of the first box room and the second box room respectively, the two opposite side walls of the box rooms are hollowed out and connected in a sealed mode through the telescopic shed, and a room door is installed on one side wall of the second box room; the steam bath system comprises a steam engine and a bathtub which are installed in the box rooms; the physiotherapy system comprises an electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus, a shower head, a phototherapy lamp, a cold and hot air conditioner and a magnetic therapy device, the electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus, the shower head, the phototherapy lamp and the cold and hot air conditioner are respectively installed on the inner walls of the box rooms, the magnetic therapy device is installed on the bathtub, and a power switch group is further installed on the inner walls of the box rooms. Standard sectional materials, electric appliances and structural parts are adopted as a whole, standardized and modularized production can be carried out, assembling is convenient, the telescopic shed structure is telescopic, and the application range is wide; and maintenance and repair are also convenient.
