The invention provides a screen easy-to-disassemble and assemble component and a screen device with the same. The screen easy-to-disassemble and assemble component comprises a combination part and a pressing and buckling part, wherein the combination part and the pressing and buckling part are connected with each other, and an elastic pressing space is formed between the combination part and the pressing and buckling part; and one of the combination part and the pressing and buckling part is provided with a first buckling part. Therefore, the design of the invention can simplify the installation process of a screen, make the installation or disassembly of the whole screen device more convenient and improve the problems and risks of the prior art when the screen device is installed or disassembled outside a door or a window.
