The invention relates to a downward blowing type air heater. The heater comprises a machine shell, a combustion machine and an air blower and further comprises a combustion pipe, an air hole, an air supply pipe, an air supply exhaust pipe, air supply exhaust nozzles and hot air spraying pipes, wherein the combustion pipe is arranged inside the machine shell, the plurality of hot air spraying pipes are vertically and fixedly arranged on the bottom face of the machine shell, the air supply exhaust pipe is horizontally arranged below the combustion pipe inside the machine shell, the upper ends of the air supply exhaust nozzles are arranged on the air supply exhaust pipe and communicate with the air supply exhaust pipe, and the lower ends of the air supply exhaust nozzles are inserted into inlets of the corresponding hot air spraying pipes separately. According to the technical scheme, a burner is used for generating hot air, the air blower is used for generating high-pressure air speed, the hot air is blown to a working face at a high speed to be heated according to a jet flow principle, part of hot air can be sent back to the air blower to be reused by arranging a skirting enclosure, open fire can not be seen in construction, the working face cleaning speed is high, the working face cleaning quality is good, and the safe operation level of construction is effectively improved, and the energy loss is low.
本发明涉及的下吹式热风机,包括机壳、燃烧机和鼓风机,还包括燃烧管、透气孔、送风管、送风排管、送风排嘴和热风喷气管,所述燃烧管设置在机壳内,若干个热风喷气管竖直固定设置在机壳底面上,所述送风排管水平设置在机壳内燃烧管下方,送风排嘴上端设置在送风排管上,并且与送风排管相连通,每个送风排嘴下端分别插装在所对应热风喷气管中的进口处;通过本技术方案,利用燃烧机产生热空气,并通过鼓风机产生高压风速,利用射流原理将热空气高速吹向作业面进行加温,通过裙围的设置,可将部分热风送回到鼓风机再次利用,施工中可不见明火,清理工作面速度快质量好,有效的提高了施工的安全作业水平,能源损耗低。
