The invention discloses a frequency converter, a water pump and a constant-pressure water supply system. The frequency converter comprises a driving board and a control board and further comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, the upper shell and the lower shell are connected in a sealed mode to form a shell of the frequency converter, the driving board and the control board are both arranged in the upper shell, and the frequency converter is provided with a communication port and can support networking of multiple machines. The invention further discloses a water pump. The water pump comprises the frequency converter and a motor, the frequency converter is directly and fixedly installed on the outer side of the motor through a bottom plate, and the multiple water pumps are connected through the frequency converter to achieve intelligent control to form a constant-pressure water supply system.
