The invention discloses a moisturizing tree pool cover plate with an adjustable inner diameter. The moisturizing tree pool cover plate comprises two bases in bilateral symmetry, the left and right bases are mounted in a reserved tree pool, rain storage grooves are formed in the bases, the left and right rain storage grooves can be spliced into a circular ring, a seam between the left and right bases needs to be sealed, and the upper end of the base on one side is provided with two vertically symmetrical components. The inner diameter of a tree hole can be synchronously enlarged along with growth of a tree, it is guaranteed that normal growth of the tree is affected under the condition that the gap between the cover plate and the tree is kept minimum, the tree pool cover plate is effectively protected against being jacked up by the tree in the using process, a special water storage tank can store rainwater and slowly drop the rainwater onto the soil through water vapor evaporation, so that the effect of moisturizing the soil in the tree pool is achieved.
