The invention discloses a pre-wetting strengthening process of recycled fine aggregate, strengthened recycled fine aggregate and mechanical spraying plastering mortar prepared from the strengthened recycled fine aggregate. Building waste is subjected to crushing, shaping and sand-making to obtain II-type recycled fine aggregate, the II-type recycled fine aggregate is mixed with natural aggregate, and the mixture is subjected to pre-wetting homogenization treatment until the water content is 5-8% to obtain the strengthened recycled aggregate; and the strengthened recycled aggregate is dried until the water content is within 0.5%. The strengthened recycled fine aggregate produced by the method disclosed by the invention can be 100% used for producing mechanical spraying plastering mortar, the utilization rate of the recycled aggregate is greatly improved, a large amount of construction waste is consumed, and the mechanical spraying plastering mortar prepared from the reinforced recycled fine aggregate also has the characteristics of high strength, cracking resistance, light weight, environment friendliness, low water absorption and the like.
本发明公开了一种再生细骨料的预湿强化工艺、强化再生细骨料及用其制得的机械喷涂抹灰砂浆,将建筑垃圾破碎、整形、制砂得到Ⅱ类再生细骨料,与天然骨料混合后进行预湿均化处理至含水率为5%‑8%得到强化再生骨料,再烘干处理强化再生骨料至含水率为0.5%以内。本发明方法生产的强化再生细骨料,可100%用于机械喷涂抹灰砂浆的生产,大幅提高了再生骨料的利用率,大量消耗了建筑垃圾,用其制得的机械喷涂抹灰砂浆还具有强度高,抗开裂,轻质环保,吸水率低等特点。
