The invention provides high-temperature-resistant concrete based on regenerated ceramic aggregate and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing and sieving waste ceramic to obtain regenerated ceramic fine aggregate; and using the regenerated ceramic fine aggregate to replace sand in the existing common concrete proportion, and mixing cement, sand, stone and the regenerated ceramic fine aggregate to obtain the high-temperature-resistant concrete. The mass substitution rate of the regenerated ceramic fine aggregate substitution sand is 50%-90%. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the sand is replaced by the fine aggregate prepared from the regenerated ceramic fine aggregate, so that the obtained concrete has a smaller slump value, higher compressive strength and elasticity modulus and excellent high-temperature resistance; and the crushing preparation process of the ceramic aggregate does not need excessive design, and the method can be implemented by utilizing the existing conditions in actual engineering, and is simple to operate and easy to control.
