Chromium-containing sludge ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses chromium-containing sludge ceramsite, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage: 50 to 70 percent of coal slag, 0.5 to 2 percent of tar residue, 20 to 40 percent of chromium-containing sludge, 3 to 15 percent of sea mud and 0.5 to 0.8 percent of binder. The invention also provides a corresponding preparation method. Herein, the coal slag, the tar residue, the chromium sludge and the sea mud are used for producing the ceramsite, the sea mud is used as a foaming substance, the tar residue is used as a reducing agent, and residual carbon in the tar residue is incompletely combusted at high temperature to generate CO to form a reducing atmosphere, so that Cr (VI) in the chromium-containing sludge is reduced into Cr (III), the chromium-containing sludge is detoxified, safe disposal of the chromium-containing sludge is achieved, and the occupied area of solid waste is reduced. According to the invention, the resources are saved, waste is turned into wealth, environmental pollution is avoided, the ceramsite is mainly prepared from the solid waste, the production cost is greatly reduced, and good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved; in addition, the method for preparing the ceramsite is simple in production process, controllable in process and good in reproducibility.
