High-performance aluminum alloy decorative strip and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of high-performance aluminum alloy decorative strips, in particular to a high-performance aluminum alloy decorative strip and a preparation process thereof. The high-performance aluminum alloy decorative strip is characterized by being composed of Al, Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg and Ti, and the decorative strip is composed of, by weight, 0.06%-0.12% of Si, 0.40%-0.50% of Fe, 0.06%-0.12% of Cu, 1.1%-1.4% of Mn, 0.30%-0.60% of Mg, 0.010%-0.020% of Ti and the balance aluminum. The preparation process of the decorative strip comprises the following steps that (1), raw materials are smelted; (2), slab ingot casting and homogenization treatment is conducted; (3), a rolling process is conducted, and the advantages that the grain structure of the decorative strip is effectively refined, and the plate shape and the surface quality are improved are achieved; and (4), finished product annealing is conducted, and the advantage of effectively improving the plasticity and T-bend performance of the decorative strip is achieved.
