Concrete pouring device
The invention relates to a railway maintenance machine, in particular to a concrete pouring device of a railway ballast bed. The device comprises a walking trolley and a hopper positioned on the walking trolley; the walking trolley comprises a frame, a walking motor and a walking system transmission mechanism, wherein the lower part of the hopper is provided with two material distributing devices; a long spiral conveyor and a short spiral conveyor are arranged on the lower portions of the two material distributing devices respectively, and two ends of each spiral conveyor are provided with two material falling ports. The four material falling ports are arranged in a straight line, and the distance between every two material falling ports is equal to the distance between four pouring points of a ballast bed. By adopting the method, uniform pouring of ballast bed concrete can be ensured, the influence of human factors on the construction quality is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种铁路养护机械,尤其是指一种铁路道床的混凝土浇筑装置,包括走行小车和位于走行小车上的料斗,走行小车包括车架、走行电机和走行系统传动机构,所述的料斗下部带有两个分料装置,一长螺旋输送器和一短螺旋输送器分别设置在每个分料装置下部,每个螺旋输送器两端带有两个落料口。所述的四个落料口成一条直线布置,相互间距与道床的四个浇筑点之间的间距相等。采用本发明,可以保证道床混凝土均匀浇筑,减少人为因素对施工质量的影响,并且提高施工效率。
