Precast concrete arch bridge and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a precast concrete arch bridge and a construction method thereof. The precast concrete arch bridge comprises a precast arch ring and an arch support, and an arch foot of the precast arch ring abuts against the arch support; the precast arch ring is formed by a plurality of arch ring sections, the upper ends of every two adjacent arch ring sections are hinged, and at least parts of the opposite outer wall faces of every two adjacent arch ring sections abut against each other; and each arch ring section comprises an ultra-high-performance concrete section body, and each ultra-high-performance concrete section body is of a hollow structure. The precast arch ring can be prefabricated in a factory, the precision is high, and standardized production can be achieved. The base material adopted by the ultra-high-performance concrete segment main body is ultra-high-performance concrete, and is high in strength, small in material consumption and light in self weight, so that the overall self weight of the bridge body is light.
本发明涉及一种预制混凝土拱桥及其施工方法。所述预制混凝土拱桥包括预制拱圈、拱座,所述预制拱圈的拱脚抵接于拱座上;所述预制拱圈由若干拱圈节段形成,两相邻所述拱圈节段的上端铰接,且两相邻所述拱圈节段的相向的外壁面至少部分相互抵接;所述拱圈节段包含超高性能混凝土节段主体,所述超高性能混凝土节段主体为空心结构。所述预制拱圈能够于工厂预制,其精度高,可实现标准化生产。所述超高性能混凝土节段主体采用的基材为超高性能混凝土,其强度高、材料用量少,自重轻,因而,桥体总体自重较轻。
