Device for improving replacement efficiency of suspension bridge suspenders
The invention belongs to the technical field of suspension bridges, particularly relates to a device for improving the replacement efficiency of suspension bridge suspenders, and aims to solve the problems that an existing suspender replacement device is simple in design structure and often needs to consume a large amount of manpower and material resources in the replacement process, and consequently, the replacement efficiency of the suspenders is low. The invention provides the following scheme: the device comprises a base; supporting columns are arranged on the two sides of the outer wall of the top of the base correspondingly; grooves are formed in the outer walls of the opposite sides of the two supporting columns correspondingly; lead screws are connected to the inner walls of the grooves through bearings; the outer walls of the lead screws are sleeved with sliding plates; moving plates are arranged on the outer walls of the sliding plates; the moving plates are of an L-shaped structure; an electric push rod and electric telescopic rods are arranged on the outer wall of the side, away from the sliding plate, of the moving plate; a limiting ring is arranged at one end of a piston rod of the electric push rod; and a first clamping ring and a second clamping ring are arranged at one ends of piston rods of the two electric telescopic rods correspondingly. Time and labor are saved, and the replacement efficiency of the suspenders is remarkably improved.
