The invention discloses a floating object collecting device for marine environment monitoring. The floating object collecting device for marine environment monitoring comprises a boat body, wherein one end of the boat body is rotatably connected with a first transmission plate; one end of the first transmission plate is fixedly connected with a collecting box; water discharging holes are formed in the surface of the collecting box, and a baffle plate is slidably connected inside the collecting box; the side surface of the baffle plate is rotatably connected with a stress plate; a spring is arranged at the other side of the baffle plate and is positioned at the top of the collecting box; and a turnover mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the first transmission plate. Through the arrangement of a pushing mechanism, when a rotating disc drives a rotating disc to rotate, the rotating disc can adjust three groups of second rotating rods to be in a correct place through rotation; after the second rotating rods are adjusted to be in the correct place, a pushing disc and a pushing rod are pushed forwards, and the pushing rod can form a sliding structure on the surface of an inclined block; and when the pushing rod slides, pushing force can be applied to the stress plate rotating for 90 degrees, the baffle plate is pulled out of the collecting box through the stress plate, and garbage falls off from the collecting box.
