The invention discloses an anti-floating pile structure and a construction method thereof. The anti-floating pile structure is combined with a structure of a lower through channel, a U-shaped groove bottom plate is adopted as a mounting base, a micro pile with the diameter of 400mm is used as an anti-floating pile, 80% to 90% of a pile body of a micro pile main body is placed in moderately weathered granite, the rock-socketed depth is large, the anti-floating structure is arranged more densely, the safety and reliability of the anti-floating structure are improved, the problem of uneven settlement of the anti-floating structure due to the buoyancy of underground water is reduced, and the anti-floating effect is improved; and compared with a traditional large-diameter pile foundation, on the basis that the number of pile foundations is increased, the engineering quantity is reduced due to the fact that the diameter of the pile foundation is small, and the engineering cost is practically and effectively reduced. The anti-floating pile with the diameter of 400mm is constructed by adopting a combined process of high-pressure down-the-hole hammer hole forming and long spiral drilling machine pressure pouring concrete pile forming, a steel pile casing and a slurry protection wall are not needed, and unified batch pouring is carried out after holes are formed in the multiple pile foundations at a time. The anti-floating pile structure has the characteristics of being high in hole forming speed, good in concrete pressure pouring pile forming quality and the like.
本发明公开了一种抗浮桩结构及其施工方法,所述抗浮桩结构结合了下穿通道的结构,通过采用以U型槽底板为安装基座,使用直径400mm的微型桩作为抗浮桩,并使微型桩主体桩身的80%~90%置于中风化花岗岩内,嵌岩深度大,不仅使抗浮结构布置的更加密集,增加了抗浮结构的安全性和可靠性,减少了抗浮结构由于地下水浮力产生的不均匀沉降问题,提高了抗浮效果,相对于传统的大直径桩基,增加桩基数量的基础之上,工程量因桩基直径较小反而减小了,切实有效地降低了工程造价。直径400mm的抗浮桩采用高压潜孔锤成孔、长螺旋钻机压灌混凝土成桩的组合工艺施工,无需钢护筒及泥浆护壁,一次多根桩基成孔后统一批量灌注。具有成孔速度快、混凝土压灌成桩质量好等特点。
