The device has the beneficial effects that a root protection plate is embedded into soil, the supporting force of an inclined plane is improved, a water flow from the top enters root systems of plants through a flow guide groove, large-particle soil can be deposited in a gap between a filter plate and the flow guide groove, so as to form a filter layer, and thus soil loss is reduced; the plants are placed in storage rings, connecting ribs are fixed between the storage rings, and thus the situation that a water flow on the top is difficult to permeate into the soil due to heavy rainfall weather is avoided, and through gaps reserved between the storage rings, a large amount of accumulated water is prevented from generating on the top and the soil in the plants is prevented from being scoured.
