Open cut station with station middle plate structure as damper and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an open cut station with a station middle plate structure as a damper and a construction method thereof. A frame structure of the station comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and an outer wall. The top plate is provided with a high-strength sling at the position of each top plate longitudinal beam; a middle plate cross beam is arranged between the two corresponding top plate longitudinal beams or between the top plate longitudinal beams and the outer wall; the two ends of each middle plate cross beam are connected with the corresponding high-strength slings respectively; the middle plate cross beams are hung on the top plate through the corresponding high-strength slings; and a gap is reserved between each middle plate and another adjacent middle plate or between the middle plate and the outer wall. During construction, the high-strength slings are reserved at the positions, corresponding to side walls or the outer walls on the two sides of each middle plate, of the longitudinal beams of the top plate; then, the middle plate cross beams are arranged between the two corresponding top plate longitudinal beams or between the top plate longitudinal beams and the outer wall; and finally, the high-strength slings are hidden through building decoration. According to the open cut station with the station middle plate structure as the damper and the construction method thereof, the anti-seismic performance of a whole station structure can be effectively improved at low cost, and industrial technical progress is promoted.
本发明公开了将车站中板结构作为阻尼器的明挖车站及其施工方法,车站的框架结构包括顶板、底板和外墙;顶板在每一顶板纵梁的位置,均设有高强度吊索;在对应的两根顶板纵梁之间,或者顶板纵梁和外墙之间设置中板横梁;每一中板横梁的两端分别与相应的高强度吊索连接,通过相应的高强度吊索悬吊于顶板;每一中板与相邻的另一中板,或者外墙之间均预留缝隙。施工时,在顶板纵梁,即对应每一中板两侧的侧墙或者外墙的位置预留高强度吊索;然后,在对应的两根顶板纵梁之间,或者顶板纵梁和外墙之间设置中板横梁;最后,通过建筑装修隐藏高强度吊索。本发明能够以较低的成本,有效提升整个车站结构的抗震性能,推动行业技术进步。
