The invention discloses a liquid discharging device which is applied to a water discharging hole. The liquid discharging device comprises a liquid discharging valve, and the liquid discharging valve comprises a body and a plurality of films. The body is provided with a channel part, an upper surface and a lower surface. The channel portion penetrates the body, and the lower surface is opposite to the upper surface. The film is provided inside the channel section. Each thin film comprises a fixed end and a free end. The fixed end is connected to the upper surface of the body and extends from the upper surface to the lower surface. The free ends are located at the ends opposite to the fixed ends, and the free ends of every two adjacent films make contact.
