The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly fabricated building wall. The energy-saving and environment-friendly fabricated building wall comprises a connecting assembly and a plurality of sets of wallboards; the connecting assembly comprises first stand columns and second stand columns which are vertically arranged; a flat plate is horizontally fixed to the lower ends of the first stand columns, and the lower end face of the flat plate is attached to the ground and fixedly connected with the ground through foundation bolts; each second stand column is a cuboid of a hollow structure, a through hole with the caliber matched with the shaft diameter of the first stand column is formed in the upper end face and the lower end face of each second stand column in a penetrating mode, and each second stand column is matched with the corresponding first stand column in a sleeving mode; vertically-extending inserting grooves are formed in the vertical end faces of the periphery of the second stand columns in a concave mode; the horizontal section of each inserting groove is in a T shape; the wallboard comprise four sets of frames spliced into a frame body and wallboard bodies located in the frames, and inserting blocks matched with the inserting grooves in an inserted mode are integrally formed in the middle positions of the two sets of vertically-arranged frames; and the end faces of the vertically-arranged frames on the two sides of the inserting blocks abut against the vertical end faces of the second stand columns. The connecting stability of the assembled wallboards and the ground is improved, and the overall structural strength of the wall surface is improved.
