The invention relates to a hidden curtain wall ventilation structure, relates to the technical field of building decoration, and aims to solve the technical problems that a window is not formed in a curtain wall in order to ensure the tidiness and attractiveness of the curtain wall, so that the curtain wall is inconvenient to ventilate, and the ventilation performance of the curtain wall is poor. The structure comprises curtain wall columns poured in a wall body and curtain wall units installed on the curtain wall columns; ventilation openings are formed in the surfaces of the two sides of each curtain wall column, the curtain wall column is provided with a plurality of air flow baffles located in the ventilation openings and in the length direction of the ventilation openings, and two adjacent air flow baffles form an air flow channel; and each air flow baffle is provided with a flow guide face for guiding an air flow into the corresponding curtain wall column, a supporting inner plate is arranged on the side, close to the indoor space, of each curtain wall column, an air inlet is formed in each supporting inner plate, and a sealing assembly is arranged at the position, located at the air inlet, of each curtain wall column. The structure has the effect that the ventilation performance of the curtain wall is improved while the curtain wall is kept tidy and attractive.
