The invention relates to a recycled concrete laminated slab containing prestressed FRP rib bundle fibers and a manufacturing method thereof. The recycled concrete laminated slab comprises a concrete lower slab body; a transversely and longitudinally staggered steel reinforcement framework is erected in the concrete lower slab body; a plurality of inverted V-shaped convex ribs are uniformly distributed at the upper end of the steel reinforcement framework; V-shaped openings of the convex ribs face downwards; the end parts of the convex ribs are fixedly connected with the steel reinforcement framework; the top ends of the convex ribs protrude out of the concrete lower slab body and are combined with a concrete upper slab body poured at the upper end of the concrete lower slab body; a plurality of pre-embedded pipes arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction are embedded in the concrete lower slab body; and FRP rib bundles are inserted in pre-embedded pipe holes. According to the recycled concrete laminated slab containing prestressed FRP rib bundle fibers and the manufacturing method thereof, the connection between the concrete upper slab body and the concrete lower slab body is reinforced, coordinated deformation of concrete at a connecting position is guaranteed, and the adverse effect caused by insufficient integrity of a prefabricated concrete laminated slab is prevented.
