The invention relates to an anti-crack house structure and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of buildings. The anti-crack house structure comprises a wall body and a roof, wherein a parapet wall is arranged on one side, close to the wall body, of the roof; a gap is formed between the parapet wall and the wall body; and a cornice for covering the gap is arranged on the wall body and above the gap. The construction method comprises the following steps of: mounting a connecting plate at a position, close to the parapet wall, of the wall body, and fixing a mounting seat at the top of the parapet wall; and fixing a base on the mounting seat, sliding one end of a sliding rod into the mounting seat, fixing one side of a cover plate with the connecting plate, suspending the other side of the cover plate above the mounting seat, and fixing the cover plate and the sliding rod by using bolts. The anti-crack house structure has the advantages that roof cracks are reduced to improve the waterproofness.
