The invention discloses an intelligent multifunctional building construction hanging basket. The hanging basket comprises a hanging basket body, a door plate and a lock catch, wherein the door plate is located on the front side of the hanging basket body, the lock catch is located on one side of the front end of the door plate, the hanging basket further comprises adsorption mechanisms, a fixing mechanism and supporting mechanisms, and the adsorption mechanisms comprises adsorption bowl, rotating belt and inflation ring. According to the hanging basket, supporting wheels and rotating belts are installed on the two sides of the hanging basket, the whole supporting frame is adsorbed to the outer side of a building through the adsorption bowls on the outer sides of the rotating belts, therefore the whole hanging basket can be fixed in the hanging process, the inner sides of the supporting wheels are sleeved with the inflation rings in the rotating belts, therefore, vibration and shaking in the moving process of the whole hanging basket are reduced, the distance between the supporting frame and the outer side of the building can be adjusted through first supporting air cylinders and second supporting air cylinders, and therefore collision between the hanging basket and the outer side of the building can be prevented.
