The energy-saving and warm-keeping overhead tent is erected above the ground, can avoid damage to the ground, protect the environment and prevent insects and ants, is provided with an inner-outer double-layer structure to guarantee warm keeping, meanwhile, the inner-outer double-layer structure is of a straight-inside and inclined-outside structure to be used, wind resistance can be guaranteed, wind resistance can be effectively weakened, meanwhile, wind energy and solar energy can be utilized, and power consumption of the tent is ensured.
