The invention relates to a lifting height self-adaptive adjusting system. The lifting height self-adaptive adjusting system comprises an automatic water blocking mechanism which is arranged at a ground joint of a kitchen and a hall and is composed of a water blocking cross rod, a height adjuster and limiters, the water blocking cross rod is of a long-strip-shaped structure, the length of the water blocking cross rod is equal to that of a door frame of the kitchen, the limiters are arranged on vertical rods at the left end and the right end of the door frame, the set height is equal to a preset height threshold value, the height adjuster is connected to the water blocking cross rod and used for driving the water blocking cross rod to rise and reach the height smaller than or equal to the preset height threshold value when receiving a second adjusting instruction. The lifting height self-adaptive adjusting system is convenient to control and wide in application, due to the fact that the targeted image area used for clearly and effectively identifying the relevant parameters of a water body target can be selected out, effective identification of the on-site water body parameters is carried out, and then a corresponding water blocking strategy is formulated, and therefore the balance between convenience of personnel entering and exiting and water body leakage avoiding is achieved.
