Anti-oxidation sintering method for ceramic powder and diamonds of diamond disc
The invention discloses an anti-oxidation sintering method for ceramic powder and diamonds of a diamond disc. An upper graphite die and a lower graphite die are arranged; and the ceramic powder and the diamonds are sintered in the graphite die. According to the anti-oxidation sintering method, graphite is adopted as materials of the upper die and the lower die, the diamonds and Taobaka powder are placed in the upper die and the lower die and extruded, and supporting powder which is not sintered covers the diamonds so that oxygen is prevented from entering. During sintering, inert gas can be adopted for protection or vacuumizing can be adopted. During sintering, even if a small amount of air enters, the air is firstly subjected to oxidation reaction with the graphite die, so that the diamonds are effectively protected from being oxidized. And the diamond tips are kept intact.
本发明公开了一种金刚石碟的陶瓷粉体与金刚石防氧化烧结方法,设有石墨上、下模具,将陶瓷粉体与金刚石放在石墨模具内烧结。本发明采取石墨作为上下模具材料,金刚石与淘瓷粉体放在上下模具内,并受挤压,金刚石外包覆不被烧结的支护粉体,阻止氧气进入。在烧结时也可以采用隋性气体保护或者采取抽真空。在烧结时即使有少量空气进入,也是首先与石墨模具进行氧化反应,有效的保护了金刚石不被氧化。保护金刚石尖部完好。
