Antibacterial mildew-proof wood floor and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an antibacterial mildew-proof wood floor and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) treating the surface and the back of a wood floor; 2) adding a water-based antibacterial and mildew-proof agent TIO-210 into a water-based paint according to the amount that 1000 ml of the water-based paint is added into every 100 kg of the water-based paint, fully and uniformly stirring, coating corners of the wood floor with the obtained paint, and drying at the temperature of 70-85 DEG C and the speed of 40-60 m/min; and 3) performing wood floor mortise and tenon treatment: adding an oily dry film antibacterial and mildew-proof agent TIO-458 into molten paraffin liquid according to the amount that 1000 ml of paraffin is added into every 100 kg of paraffin, fully and uniformly stirring, coating the positions of wood floor mortises and tenons with the obtained solution, and naturally solidifying to obtain the antibacterial and mildew-proof wood floor. The problem that mortises, tenons and corners are prone to bacterium breeding and mildewing, which troubles the floor industry for many years, is solved, and the purpose of long-term bacterium resistance and mildewing can be achieved without adding any equipment.
本发明提供一种抗菌防霉木地板及其制备方法,其特征在于通过下列步骤制得:1)木地板表面、背面处理;2)按每100公斤水性漆加入1000ml的量计,将水性抗菌防霉剂TIO‑210加入水性漆中,充分搅拌均匀后,涂到木地板边角位置,于70‑85℃温度、40‑60米/分钟的速度下进行烘干;3)木地板榫槽、榫头处理:按每100公斤石蜡加入1000ml的量计,将油性干膜抗菌防霉剂TIO‑458加入到熔化的石蜡液中,充分搅拌均匀后,涂到木地板榫槽、榫头位置,自然凝固得抗菌防霉木地板。解决困扰地板行业多年的榫槽、榫头以及边角容易滋生细菌和发霉的问题,不增加任何设备就可实现长久抗菌防霉的目的。
