The self-luminous efficient photocatalytic concrete is prepared from, by mass, 19-21 parts of cement, 25-28 parts of water, 190-200 parts of coarse aggregate, 2-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 2-3 parts of chromium-doped nano titanium dioxide and 4-5 parts of a CaAl2O4: Eu<2+>, Nd<3+> photoinduced self-luminous material. According to the technical scheme, the photo-induced self-luminous material and the photocatalyst are combined for use, so that the photocatalytic concrete can also play a role in catalytic degradation under the dark condition at night. The invention further provides the preparation method of the self-luminous efficient photocatalytic concrete. The steps are simple, the operability is high, and the defects in the prior art are overcome.
