Production process of building thermal insulation material
The invention discloses a production process of a building thermal insulation material. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring preparation raw materials of a thermal insulation material; S2, laying a layer of steel wire mesh in a mold pressing mold for injection; S3, conducting vibration when the mold pressing mold is subjected to press-fit forming; and S4, cooling the thermal insulation material in the mold. The steel wire mesh is laid in the middle of the thermal insulation material, and plant fibers are added into the material, so that the thermal insulation material can keep certain strength during use and cannot be broken in the use process, and modified diatomite and sodium carbonate are added into the raw materials, so that the adhesion between the thermal insulation materials is relatively high, and the thermal insulation material is not separated and stripped during weathering. A preservative is added into the material, and epoxy anticorrosive paint is sprayed on the surface of the material, so that the corrosion resistance of the thermal insulation material can be improved.
