The invention discloses a construction process of a large-span fabricated steel-concrete combined simply-supported box girder, and relates to the technical field of bridges. The construction process comprises the following steps: starting, calculating a construction period, and compiling a construction progress plan; carrying out construction preparation, and enabling personnel, materials and machines to enter the site; carrying out lofting and marking; carrying out unit manufacturing; manufacturing a jig frame; mounting a bottom die; combining and splicing box girder units; carrying out in-plant segmented pre-assembly; carrying out in-plant welding; carrying out weld flaw detection; coating a steel frame; and installing a cushion block. The construction process of the large-span fabricated steel-concrete combined simply-supported box girder has the advantages of simplifying construction procedures, reducing off-site operation, reducing support construction, being high in mechanization degree, saving cost and shortening the construction period, and solves the problems that the span of an existing assembly type prestressed concrete bridge cannot meet the span requirement, a temporary support cannot be erected when a traditional superposed beam is adopted, an all-steel beam is high in manufacturing cost, the construction difficulty is increased, the cost is improved and the risk is increased.
