Piling, pier mounting and beam erecting integrated bridge girder erection machine and bridge building method
The invention discloses a piling, pier mounting and beam erecting integrated bridge erecting machine and a bridge building method, and relates to the technical field of bridge erecting. The method comprises the following steps that a bridge erecting machine is installed on a constructed pile foundation or a bridge abutment, the total length of the bridge erecting machine covers the length of a three-span and half-bridge, and prefabricated parts are transported to the tail of the bridge erecting machine from a rear erected bridge deck; a crown block lifts the precast pile foundation to be fixed to a pile driver, the posture and position of the pile driver are adjusted, and pile driving operation is performed at the forefront pile foundation position; and meanwhile, the crown block is used for hoisting prefabricated bridge piers or bent caps from the tail bridge deck to be installed on the middle pier pile foundations, a prefabricated bridge is hoisted to be installed between two bridge piers of a rear span, after work of the three working surfaces is completely completed, the integrated bridge girder erection machine longitudinally moves by one span towards the front of construction, and the steps are repeated till erection of the whole bridge is completed. According to the invention, the requirement of bridge building construction on the construction environment is low, the influence is small, and meanwhile the bridge building construction cost and construction difficulty in some special areas are reduced.
本发明公开了一种打桩、装墩、架梁一体化架桥机及建桥方法,涉及架桥技术领域,该方法包括以下步骤:将架桥机安装在已施工的桩基或桥台上,架桥机总长覆盖三跨半桥梁长度,预制构件从后方已架设桥面运输至架桥机尾部,天车吊装预制桩基固定在打桩机上,调整打桩机的姿态及位置,在最前方桩基位置进行打桩作业;同时,利用天车从尾部桥面吊装预制桥墩或盖梁安装在中间墩桩基上,以及吊装预制桥梁安装在后跨两桥墩之间,待三个作业面的工作全部完成后,一体化架桥机向施工前方纵移一跨,重复上述步骤至完成整个桥梁的架设。本发明能够使建桥施工对施工环境的要求较低,影响也很小,同时降低一些特殊地区的建桥施工成本和施工难度。
