A plurality of jacks are connected through the top plate, a bridge is jacked, the bridge is stressed uniformly, damage to the bridge structure in the jacking process is avoided, a trigger ball can make contact with a trigger switch through a switch cavity when the top plate inclines, the highest jack is shut down, the top plate is kept horizontal, and the jacking effect of the top plate is guaranteed; and after the top plate recovers to be horizontal, the trigger ball is far away from the trigger switch under the action of gravity, the jack is restarted to work, the jacking efficiency of the top plate is guaranteed, the top plate can evenly jack the bridge, and the bridge structure is protected.
