The invention provides an integral type water filling sub-embankment structure for emergency rescue and a construction method thereof. The integral type water filling sub-embankment structure comprises a sub-embankment main body and a supporting baffle, the sub-embankment main body comprises a plurality of main body water bags, sealing layers located at the bottoms of the main body water bags, and connecting sections arranged between every two adjacent main body water bags; the connecting sections are used for expanding and deforming under the action of pressure after being inflated or filled with water so as to extrude and plug connecting gaps of the adjacent main body water bags; the supporting baffle is arranged at the position of the connecting sections, the bottom edge of the supporting baffle is inserted into the gaps between the main body water bags and the sealing layers at the bottom, so that after the main body water bags are filled with the water, the bottom edge of the supporting baffle is pressed by the bottoms of the main body water bags, and the side faces are tightly attached to the bevel edge of the supporting baffle. The water bags are used for providing weight for the supporting baffle after being filled with the water, meanwhile, sealing connection and seepage prevention are achieved through pressure compaction, rapid and efficient construction of a sub-embankment is achieved, stability is good, safety is high, operation is easy, arrangement is flexible, recycling is convenient, and environmental protection and saving are achieved.
